SBI PO Selection Process 2026

SBI PO भर्ती प्रक्रिया तीन चरणों में होती है:

Phase 1: Preliminary Examination

• Objective Type Exam
• कुल 100 अंक
• 1 घंटे की परीक्षा

Phase 2: Main Examination

• Objective Test: 200 अंक
• Descriptive Test: 30 अंक
• कुल: 230 अंक

Phase 3

• Psychometric Test
• Group Exercise
• Personal Interview

Final selection Mains + Interview score के आधार पर होता है। Prelims केवल qualifying nature का होता है।

SBI PO 2026 Preparation Strategy

1. कोई भी एग्जाम का तैयारी करने से पहले ये जानने की कोशिश होनी चाहिए की इस एग्जाम मे प्रश्न पूछा कहाँ से जाता है तो ये पता कैसे चलेगा तो वो है Syllabus को पहले समझना पड़ेगा Random पढ़ाई करने से कोई फायदा नहीं होने वाला है 

2. Daily Study Plan बनाएं

हर रोज का एक Daily Study Plan होना चाहिए की किस दिन कितना पढ़ना है उसी के हिसाब से पढ़ना चाहिए 

Example:

Reasoning: 2 Hours

Quant: 2 Hours

English: 1 Hour

GA: 1 Hour

3. Mock Tests दें

Mock Tests सभी को Weekly 2–3 mocks मण्डटरी देना चाहिए जिससे आपको पता चलता है की आप कितने पानी मे हो हर रोज आपको पढ़ने के लिए मजबूर करेगा और आप ओरो से ज्यादा मेहनत करोगे 

4. Previous Year Papers

Previous Year Papers ये ऐसा चीज है जो की आपको इससे ये पता चलेगा की कोई भी एग्जाम मे की तरह का प्रश्न पूछे जाते है और Pattern समझने के लिए जरूरी।

5. Revision

Revision इस पार्ट का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पार्ट है अपने जो भी पुरा Week मे पढ़े हो उसे Weekly Revision करना जरूरी है

SBI PO Preparation Tips for Beginners

अगर आप beginner हैं:

Month 1

  Basics - अगर आप अभी beginner है तो आपको सबसे पहले Basics को मजबूत करना होगा उसके की कोई भी मोटा मोटी टॉपिक पकडे और उसी को पढ़े जैसे की भारत मे प्रथम, विश्व मे प्रथम, भारत के बड़ा और छोटा कहने का मतलब है की विविध को पुरा याद करें 

Month 2

Sectional Tests - जब दूसरा महीने हो तब आपको Sectional Tests को देना चाहिए ताकि आपको यह मालूम चलेगा की आप की तैयारी कैसी चल रही है 

Month 3

जब आप दूसरा महीने पर करके तीसरे महीना तैयारी करते हो जाए तो अब साप्ताहिक Full mock Test मे भाग लेना चाहिए 

Month 4

Revision + Speed Improvement - जब आप को 4 से 5 महीना तैयारी करते हो जाए तो अपने जितना भी पढ़ाई किया है वो सप्ताह मे थोड़ा थोड़ा Revision करना जरूरी होता है उसे आपका Speed Improvement भी मिलता रहेगा ऐसे तो इतना कम समय मे यहाँ तक पहुंचना थोड़ा मुश्किल है पर लगातार लगे रहना धीरे धीरे रंग लाने लगेगा
